Will this fit a 2007 Polaris Sportsman 800 EFI? Is the something else I should purchase as well? If not do you have anything similar that will fit?

Yes it will but there’s no mounting hardware available. You’ll need to drill holes in the rack and fix it with bolts, washers and wingnuts.
