All orders are shipped out from Indianapolis, IN or Bangor, ME by UPS Ground or USPS.
Each order is shipped out within 2 business days following the reception of the order. Upon the next business day of the shipment, the customer will receive, by e-mail, a confirmation with the following information: Order number, name of carrier, tracking number with link for online tracing and a copy of the invoice on PDF file.

For all lost, damaged or misplaced goods during delivery , please contact the carrier in question. For all stolen goods after delivery, please contact your local police authorities. All packages are labled: No SIGNATURE REQUIRED
