No returns or exchanges are accepted 30 days after the reception of the goods. To return or exchange your goods you first need to contact customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA #). All returns are automatically subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returns must be in their original packaging and in perfect re-sellable condition. Wes Industries Inc reserves the right to apply any additional restocking fees if the goods are not returned in their original packaging and/or in perfect selling condition. Wes Industries Inc will issue a full refund minus the restocking fee(s) within the next 2 business days following the reception of the goods. All goods must be sent to the following address: Wes Industries Inc. 60 St-Pierre Street, Princeville, Qc, Canada G6L 5A9. The RMA# must be clearly written on packing slip. All packages without an RMA# will be automatically sent back collect to the sender.

Wes Industries’ expedition staff double-checks all orders carefully and packs all orders to ensure safe transit to your location. If you receive an incorrect order or damaged goods you must contact customer service immediately.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATION
It is possible to change or cancel an order if it hasn’t been shipped out from our warehouse (no additional fees apply).
