Hi there, I see the “Classic Outlander 2023+” box and know that would fit my new 2024 Outlander Pro XU HD7 but I like the larger expedition box with no seat, will this Expedition Outlander box still be able to flip up easily to access the small space under the box?

No the Quick Releases are for the Can-Am Outlander series only. Please refer to the Expedition box (#126-0016). You can simply drill holes and fix it with the U bolt mounting kit included.
